There are several ways to make a booking for one of our Santa Services. Either telephone us on 01509 632323 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday), pop in to the Loughborough Central Booking Office (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday), or use our online booking system!

If you wish to make a booking that will include one or more disabled passengers, please telephone us on 01509 632323 to make your booking so that we can make any necessary arrangments for your visit.

The fares shown below are for adults, along with those for children 1 to 15 years old. Tickets for children under 1 year old are £5, and they receive a quality present from Santa.

To make a booking using our online system, please click the Book button next to the service you wish to book for.

There are no Santa Services dates set

*Please note: a present is not supplied on these services, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Information

Tickets purchased via our online booking system are delivered to you electronically, in PDF format, for your convenience. These will need to be printed and brought with you when travelling on your booked service. You will also need to bring proof of identity with you, so that we can verify your ticket when presenting it for inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled bookings will not be refunded. However, with MORE than 10 days notice to your Santa date, we will endevour to transfer your booking to another service. With LESS than 10 days notice, we will attempt to transfer you to another service upon payment of £3.00 per person administration fee.
