For customers who had booked in advance for services during this period...Thank you for your understanding.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while the railway is temporarily closed. We have not yet been able to contact all customers who had booked in advance for services during this period, but please be assured that we will be happy to discuss options regarding your booking as soon as the situation allows. We look forward very much to welcoming you to the railway when the situation has improved.

Naturally we always wish to provide the best levels of service, but the current health emergency has required our offices to close temporarily in the interests of both staff and customers alike, and we genuinely appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept telephone calls at present, but staff will be returning to the Booking Office very soon. Our telephone lines will remain closed initially while we attend to outstanding queries. We are very grateful for the patience our of customers during this period of temporary closure.
