We will have something for everyone.

Butler Henderson cafe is open selling hot and cold drinks and light bites.

Real ale will be available from the tin shed 'shanty bar' (originally used by coal merchants) alongside the marquee.  The beer this year is Extra Pale Ale from Nottingham Brewery at 4.2%. There'll also be wines, canned lager and soft drinks.

The atmospheric 1940’s station tea room will be open on the platform and in the station yard there will be a variety of outdoor catering stalls.

There will be fairground rides at this event for which a small extra charge is made

QUORN: Limited parking is in the floodlit neighbouring field which is clearly signed from the station - ensure you arrive before 7pm as parking in the immediate vicinity is virtually non-existent! A charge of £2 per car applies (no exceptions). There is strictly no parking in the station yard except for pre-booked disabled.
OTHER STATIONS: The local authority will be placing no waiting restrictions on local roads in the immediate vicinity. However, there is some on street parking at Loughborough, a small car park at Rothley and a limited parking area at Leicester North.

DISABLED - Blue Badge holders
Disabled parking until 7pm with special viewing area. Disabled parking spaces must be pre-booked, please email or call 01509 632315.  Due to health & safety reasons the parking spaces can not be vacated until 15minutes after the firework display has finished.

There will be several trains returning to our other stations. To avoid the busiest trains, you are encouraged to visit the fairground, catering outlets and soak up the atmosphere of the bonfire embers and catch a later train home where possible.

Return trains to Loughborough at 8.35pm, 8.50pm, 9.25pm, 945pm, 10pm & 10.45pm
Return trains to Leicester at 8.40pm, 9pm & 9.30pm
Return trains to Rothley at 8.40pm, 9pm, 9.10pm & 9.30pm

HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE: No general public will be allowed in the field adjacent to the station.  When vehicles have been parked, visitors are respectfully asked to make their way immediately to the station.  Any public found in the field will be escorted off site until the firework display has finished.

Bonfire and fireworks: There will be a larger viewing area than in previous years. Please keep behind the fencing at all times. Because of the narrowness of the area leading to the pedestrian crossing of the railway line, we ask all visitors not to stop and view the display from the fenced areas either side of the crossing or from the crossing itself. A separately fenced and stewarded area for disabled, with seating, is provided.

Please do not bring sparklers or fireworks into the event. There will be an auxiliary fire tender in attendance. The First Aid point will be at the foot of the steps adjacent to Butler Henderson cafe. If you need directions, please ask one of the many stewards at the event.
