We operate three different timetables throughout the year. In the calendars below, the colour of the background indicates which timetable applies on any particular day. If a day has a white background, we are not running public trains on that day.

To see the timetables, either click on the links below, or click on the number of the day you are interested in. Special events may operate on certain weekends, with special enhanced timetables, details of which are listed to the right.

Fares

An "All Line Day Runabout" (2nd class) for travel on non-special event days is priced as follows:

Adult	£14.00
Child (5-15 inclusive)	£9.00
Concessions (Senior Citizens (60+), Disabled Persons & Carers, and Students)	£12.00
Family (1 Adult and up to 3 Children)	£22.00
Family (2 Adults and up to 3 Children)	£32.00

Short hop, single journey and 1st class fares are usually available, please enquire.

Early Bird fare of £5 return to Leicester on Saturday morning DMU service (with return on any later train) is also available.

Friends of Great Central Main Line members are entitled (upon production of current valid membership card) to a discounted day runabout fare of £5; the corresponding fare for a child member is £3

At special events differing fares and qualifying ages may apply, and the fares above may be suspended.
