Children are encouraged to come dressed as railway staff, explorers or in their favourite costumes before setting off to explore the railway with our free family activities!

The chance to step onto the footplate of a steam locomotive at Leicester North before enjoying Tea with the Teddy bears at the Tail Lamp Café.
Sunday 26 July also features the Classic Ford RS Show in Quorn Yard, where visitors can admire an impressive display of iconic performance Fords alongside all the railway’s family activities.
