There’s something deeply comforting about a proper pie and mash — and there’s no better place to enjoy it than on board one of our first-class evening dining trains.

Join us on Saturday evenings for a relaxed experience, combining classic comfort food with seasonal flavours and vintage steam trains on the Great Central Railway. With seasonal menus to suit the time of year, it’s the perfect way to turn a Saturday night into something a bit special.

Boarding begins at 19:00, with the train departing at 19:30 and returning at approximately 21:45, giving you plenty of time to settle in, dine well and enjoy the journey.
