Great Central Railway PLC. Registered Number 1257394

The Great Central Railway PLC is responsible for safely operating, maintaining and enhancing the railway. We’re proud to be supported by thousands of shareholders.

Many of them are also regular donors to David Clarke Railway Trust and members of the Friends of the Great Central Main Line, but buying shares also allows them to own a piece of the company and have a say about its direction. Each year at the AGM shareholders vote on the accounts and who is elected to the board of directors. They can also ask questions about the railways progress and management.
