Leicestershire Spring Set Honey is a soft, golden honey made by bees foraging on spring-flowering oil seed rape and hawthorn in the triangle between Appley Magna, Prestwold Hall, and Cadeby. This honey is unfiltered and not pasteurised, keeping it as close to nature as possible.

Awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2023, it has a silky-smooth texture and a wonderfully floral aroma with subtle citrus notes. Light and fresh, with a delicate meadow flavour, it finishes elegantly with the gentle minerality of honeycomb.
